Is it possible to customize the design of the charging stations?

Yes, we offer professional OEM/ODM services. Customers can specify their requirements, and we will discuss the customization details. Typically, the logo, color, appearance, internet connectivity, and charging functions can be customized.

How does our charging station connect with your App?

Since the charging station and the network management system (your app) communicate via OCPP, our charging station will connect to your app’s central server, which is developed using the same OCPP version. Simply provide us with the server URL, and the connection will be established.

Do charging piles require regular maintenance?

Maintenance is required every six months or annually, including opening the cabinet to remove dust from components such as fans and dust filters.

There is a self-developed management platform, the product supports appointment charging, and the user’s operation is convenient and fast. The specific need depends on the model. The platform is universal, and the products are different.

Can we purchase only the components from you and assemble them ourselves?

Yes. If you have professional electrical engineers and sufficient assembly and testing space, we can provide technical guidance for assembling and rapidly testing the charging station. If you lack professional engineers, we can also offer technical training services at a reasonable cost.
